Charities
The Nxera Pharma Charity Committee is made up of several representatives from each department in the company. All staff members vote for the charities that we raise money for throughout the year. The committee organizes several exciting events throughout the year with the aim of getting everyone involved in raising money for a good cause and having fun while doing it! Some of our events include a Bake-off competition, Quiz, Step Challenge and Christmas raffle to name a few
Sustainability
We are committed to realizing a sustainable future by supporting the healthy and prosperous lives of people around the world through our business and, in a broader sense, by fulfilling our social responsibilities to our stakeholders, including patients, business partners, employees, shareholders, and society. Based on our business profile, we are undertaking initiatives focused on 10 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in 2015.
Social
Our Social Committee is responsible for arranging and hosting internal social events to increase employee engagement and boost the success of our teams. These include our annual Summer Party and end of year celebrations.
